Johnny Rodriguez is the Sr. Director of Innovation over at Fresh Consulting. Johnny’s teams are responsible for designing, building, and deploying both internal and external-facing software and hardware products to help individuals and businesses all over the world. Johnny prides himself in being customer focused, data-driven, and operating with a growth mindset, all while overseeing the development of over 28 products.

Johnny regularly contributes to thought leadership around design, development, augmented and virtual reality, and is an active member of the Fresh Band. He also tweets regularly via @tryjohnny. Outside of work, Johnny enjoys spending time with his wife, Alyssa, and their three children.

Elisha Terada serves as the Technical Innovation Director at Fresh Consulting, where he collaborates with both internal teams and clients to identify business growth opportunities and solve complex challenges using cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices. His team’s work gained notable recognition after winning the Ben’s Bites AI Hackathon with brancher.ai, a platform empowering users to create AI-driven apps without writing code.

A creator at heart, Elisha balances his role as a Director—overseeing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse talent across time zones—while remaining deeply involved in hands-on coding. Outside of work, he dedicates his time to continuous learning, exploring topics that fuel both his creativity and his technical expertise, always looking to integrate the latest innovations into his work.

Victoria is a Product Manager at Fresh Consulting who aims to leverage her background in International Business Administration and full-stack web development. Victoria values the importance of creative problem-solving and the practice of strong interpersonal skills. Using these skills, Victoria strive to assist stakeholders as they build products that create value for their organization and users.

Victoria completed the University of Texas at Austin’s Coding Boot Camp Certificate Program, where I deepened my understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL, Node.js, and React. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys doing film analysis to hone her skills in storytelling, and she practice sharpening her photography and photo editing skills in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Avery Biskup is a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Fresh Consulting. He recently developed a wayfinding application for an NBA team, used by hundreds of thousands of fans. The app, built with Next.js, Vercel, and Sanity.io, provides a fully integrated and customizable experience. Avery also engineered pathing algorithms to guide users through over 200 unique locations within the arena and integrated a CMS for real-time updates and theme changes by the team’s staff.
